Do I need to log in to view the candidate's profile?
You can view our talent pool candidates' profiles without logging in, but logging in allows you to access their full information and CV.
Does the project have a minimum hour requirement?
We start with a 3-month commitment for each role. Based on your project needs, we can provide developers available for full-time roles (40 hours per week).
How long does it take to fill the role?
Generally, we fill roles in two weeks; sometimes, the process can be immediate.
How many individuals has the client interviewed to fill a role?
Most clients feel confident to make a hiring decision after interviewing one or two candidates.
Does PreVettedAI coach the talent behind the scenes to make sure the person is successful in their role?

Do you charge any upfront costs?
There is a deposit required as pre-payment for 1 month of work, which will be refunded at the end of our cooperation.

You have the flexibility to decide how many interviews are required to make a hiring decision. If needed, we can provide additional vetting support at your request.
Could you help me recruit a junior developer?
We advise against building a team primarily composed of junior developers due to the high risk involved. Instead, we strongly recommend adding junior developers only after establishing a solid team of senior professionals. We can assist you in running a successful 3-year trainee program with a 100% retention rate when the time is right.

Depending on the project's scope and requirements, it typically takes one to two days to find the perfect candidate. After that, you can interview and hire them, which usually takes about 2 weeks.
What is the process for hiring a developer from you?
Simply fill out this form with your requirements, and you'll instantly see matching profiles from our talent pool. You can then select candidates to interview. If you're satisfied with a candidate and decide to move forward with the hire, our team will assist you with the onboarding.
